531,902 (Census Metro. Area: 800,296) Founded in 1608 by Samuel de Champlain. Motto: ‘I shall put God’s gift to good use’. Pray for God’s people / His church. Pray that God would draw many to Himself.
Prince Edward Island 142,907 Pray for: Will Graham Celebration of Hope in Charlottetown: Nov.3-5. Pray for churches, youth groups. Pray that many would be saved.
Oromocto, New Brunswick 9,223 Motto: ‘Effort Brings Success’. Is also an administrative centre for a 1st nation’s band. Site of Gagetown Military Base.
Chester, Nova Scotia Aprox.2500 MD: 10,3100 Founded in 1759. Known for sailing, stately houses and as a holiday and resort location.
Avalon Peninsula, Newfoundland & Labrador 280,410 About 50% of the people of Nfld. & Lab. live here. Pray for God’s people.
Canadian military personnel 65,000 + 20,000 reservists Pray for: military families, those on deployment in other lands, for chaplains that they would speak of Jesus and share the Hope in Him.

Lethbridge, Alberta 92,729 City in southern Alberta. Pray for God’s people and the churches that they would be strong and firm in the faith and reach out to the people of Lethbridge and beyond.

Fort McPherson, North West Territories 700 Main languages; Gwich’in and English. A welcoming people. Anglican church there for many years. Pray for the youth and for God’s blessing on Fort McPherson.
Ross River, Yukon Territory 293 A Kaska Dena Council Community. Pray for: Dena Dadengak Koa (‘People Pray House’) church. Pray for children, and for the “Hope Centre”. Is R.C. and Anglican ministry too.
Barrie, Ontario 141,434 First settled in 1812. Motto: ‘The People are the City’. Many people commute to Toronto to work. Part of the ‘Golden Triangle’
